When should I use articles?

Articles should be used whenever the text being displayed is a story.  Much like the stories from Sharing the Victory users may want to print them off and/or send them to a friend.  Also, if the text is extremely long an article may be best to display a teaser and/or use the multiple page feature to break the content up.
