The Instructions option is simply a way to add text to your form. If you want to explain a certain part of the form, use Instructions to add a paragraph of text.

  1. Click "Instructions" in the left menu of the Form builder



  2. Type the text into the "Label" box exactly as you'd like it to appear on your form.
  3. Click the blue "Update" button
