The Form Builder allows you to store all the information in your form as people submit it. In addition to sending you the results in an email, the website will store the information so you can download it later.

A few things to note:
  1. The information submitted by your website visitors cannot be modified via the web.
  2. The information can be downloaded in an Excel Spreadsheet
  3. You can download the contents of your database whenever you'd like.
To begin:
  1. Login
  2. Click on "Organize Content", select "Form>View Exisiting"
  3. Click on the name of the form you want to work with.
  4. Make sure you have checked the box in your form that says "Store Local Results"

  5. After someone submits a form, a button will appear at the top of the form, called "View Submissions"

  6. A new window will appear. Click on the link called "View in Excel" and save the Excel spreadsheet to your computer. You can then open the file and manipulate it like any other Excel spreadsheet.
