Add a Link to an Existing Page Within My Website

To add a link inside a text or article to another page within your website, follow the steps below...

  1. Login.
  2. Go to the page you want to link TO.
  3. In the navigation column, right click on the name of the page and select "Copy Shortcut"


  4. You have now copied the pages address
  5. Open the text or article you are inserting the link into.
  6. Highlight or type the text that needs made into a link.
  7. Click Insert Link Button .
  8. In the URL box, erase the http:// so the box is empty
  9. Right click in the URL box and select "Paste"
  10. The link to the page you want to link TO is now pasted inside the URL box.



    URL - The site, page or object you are linking.
    Target Window - _blank is about the only selection you will need to pick if you pick any.
    Anchor - Advanced feature.



  11. Leave Track, Target Window and Anchor empty
  12. Click “Insert Link.”
You have now linked to an existing page with your website.
