You can add a document to your website and make it available as a download.
Documents allowed for upload are:
- Microsoft Word (.doc)
- Microsoft Excel (.xls)
- Microsoft Powerpoint (.ppt)
- Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
To upload a Document and make it available for download:
- Login to your website
- Go to the page you'd like to make the Document available for download
- Click "Edit this Page
"
- Click "Add Item Here" and choose "Document>Create New"
- Click the "Browse" button and browse to your document on your computer
- Click "Open", you will then be returned to the upload window
- Click the "Upload" button
- Once complete, you'll see the window below...

- Fill out information for the Label. This is what YOU will see when managing your site. We suggest typing the Section
- Page Name - Document Name as this will help you better manage large amounts of Documents.
For example, if your Document was a Monthly Newsletter on the Monthly Newsletter Page under the Downloads section, you'd type Downloads - Monthly Reports - October07
- Fill out the Document Title. This is what the VISITOR to your website will see. We suggest choosing a link name and then adding the document suffix on the end. For example, if your Document is PDF, add (.pdf) to the end of the link.
- Leave the rest of the fields blank.

- Click "Save"
- Refresh the page you are on if it does not refresh automatically.
- Your Document is now available for download on your page.
