You can add a document to your website and make it available as a download.

Documents allowed for upload are:
  • Microsoft Word (.doc)
  • Microsoft Excel (.xls)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint (.ppt)
  • Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
To upload a Document and make it available for download:
  1. Login to your website
  2. Go to the page you'd like to make the Document available for download
  3. Click "Edit this Page "
  4. Click "Add Item Here" and choose "Document>Create New"
  5. Click the "Browse" button and browse to your document on your computer
  6. Click "Open", you will then be returned to the upload window
  7. Click the "Upload" button
  8. Once complete, you'll see the window below...

  9. Fill out information for the Label. This is what YOU will see when managing your site. We suggest typing the Section - Page Name - Document Name as this will help you better manage large amounts of Documents.

For example, if your Document was a Monthly Newsletter on the Monthly Newsletter Page under the Downloads section, you'd type Downloads - Monthly Reports - October07

  10. Fill out the Document Title. This is what the VISITOR to your website will see. We suggest choosing a link name and then adding the document suffix on the end. For example, if your Document is PDF, add (.pdf) to the end of the link.
  11. Leave the rest of the fields blank.

  12. Click "Save"
  13. Refresh the page you are on if it does not refresh automatically.
  14. Your Document is now available for download on your page.
