Add Your Form To Your Page

Once your form is built, add it to a page by:

1. Navigate to the page you want your form to appear on or create a new page.
2. Click the "Add Item Here" button where you want the form to appear.
3. Select "Form>View Existing"
4. Check the box next to your form and click the blue "Add to Column" button.
5. The page will reload and your form will appear.

If your page does not reload, click your "Refresh" button of your browser.
