You can add the Ministry Leader & Student Leader box to your webFCA site. This box will allow people to directly link to the MLA online form and the downloadable SLA PDF.



To add the box to your website:

1. Login
2. Click "Edit this Page" on the page you want to add the box
3. Click "Add Item Here" where you want to place the box
4. Select "Text>View Existing", a Content Listing window will open
5. Click on the drop-down menu in the top right corner called "Scope"
6. Select "Public Items"
7. Check the box next to the item called "Ministry Leader & Student Leader Application Sidebox"
8. Click the blue "Add to Column" button
9. You have now added the box to your page. Click your Internet browsers' "Refresh" button if you don't see the box on your page.
